This musical comedy and horror show is about a half boy, half bat creature who is discovered in a cave near Hope Falls, West Virginia. For lack of a better solution, the local sheriff brings Bat Boy to the home of the town veterinarian where he is eventually accepted as a member of the family and taught to act like a “normal” boy. Bat Boy is happy with his new life, but when he naively tries to fit in with the narrow-minded people of Hope Falls, they turn on him. Soon the entire town learns the shocking story of Bat Boy’s unholy origin.

South Dakota Veterans Forum

On Saturday 13 October 2018, decorated US Air Force veteran Robert Schilling, a former airman and gunner on the Douglas AC-47 “Spooky” aircraft, will share memories of his service in Vietnam.  Schilling also served in Korea during the Korean War. At the October meeting of the South Dakota Veterans Forum he will share memories, photos and portions of his own movies taken while serving in Vietnam from 1966-1969 with the 4th Special Operations Squadron stationed at Bien Hoa.
